Spare Parts for Cold Chamber

We produce any type of shot sleeve for presses from 80 to 4200 tons. – Traditional, integral and on request thermocontrolled – made of steel suitable to hot processing and subjected to heat treatment to ensure long life. Thermoregulation slows the shot sleeves’ wear and tear reducing temperature shocks and preserves the structure of the steel avoiding the ovalization. Various size bushings, steel coated plungers,  hardened steel piston rods – integral or composed – complete the range of the spare parts for cold chamber. We specialize in the production of large shot sleeves.

On request we can provide certificates of analysis of the material and heat treatments.
